Check here before reporting a problem — most of these are expected behaviour.
Expected behaviour that looks like a fault

| Syncing a large account (500+ ads) takes 30–60 seconds | Normal for accounts that size | Wait for the success toast rather than syncing again |
| Some items still show Pending Push after pushing a campaign tree | The tree push covers the campaign, its ad sets and pending ads; anything that failed stays pending | Check the Action Log, then push those items individually |
| A new creative shows as in review on Meta | Meta reviews creatives before they serve fully | Wait 5–30 minutes |
| Optimization is missing from the sidebar | It's feature-gated and hidden when disabled | Ask your administrator whether it's enabled |

Known defects
Confirmed by inspecting the code, not guessed:

| An oversized-video error quotes a maximum that isn't 100 MB | Wording defect in the size-limit message — the enforced video cap is 100 MB and images 30 MB | Trust the real limits; report the wording to your administrator |
| A Leads or Engagement campaign lets you leave the creative step with no destination URL, though the field is marked required | Only Traffic and Sales block progress; the other two mark the field required without enforcing it | Set the URL anyway before pushing |
Genuinely unexpected — report these
- An edit that disappears after Sync from Meta. Sync is built to preserve pending edits, so this would be a real bug.
- A Pending Push badge that never clears even though the Action Log shows the push succeeded.
- Any error mentioning a token, credential or permission.
