How to create a campaign with AI

Applies to: AdWing campaigns

Describe your goal in plain language and let AdWing draft a complete campaign for you to review.

Before you start

• Your Meta account connected (see Connect your Meta account)
• AI drafting enabled for your deployment — otherwise the screen doesn't appear at all

Steps

1. Go to Campaigns and click New Campaign.
2. The AI draft screen appears, headed "AI-assisted or manual — your choice."
3. Describe your campaign in the brief box — goal, audience, budget, anything relevant. Example: "Generate leads for our new app in the US and UK, $100/day, broad targeting."
4. Optionally expand Structured brief (optional) and fill in Product, Geo, Budget range and KPI.
5. Click Generate draft and watch the progress steps.
6. When it finishes you'll see "Draft generated / Opening wizard…" and the wizard opens pre-filled.
7. Review every pre-filled field and edit anything you want.
8. Click Push to publish.

Result: the campaign goes live on Meta with the drafted (and any edited) details.

Where the draft drops you: for Traffic and Sales objectives the wizard opens at Step 5 so you can set the destination URL. For other objectives it opens at Step 6 — Review.

Note: your campaign details may be sent to a third-party AI provider (a third-party AI provider) to generate the draft. The screen states this too.

You can also refine a generated draft — use Refine this draft with an instruction like "make it 3 adsets, Colombia only, halve the budget".

Live-ads warning ⚠️ Pushing publishes to Meta immediately. Changes affect live ads and can spend real budget. Test with items named test_ unless you intend to change live ads.
