How to push changes in bulk

Push several items with pending local changes to Meta in one action.

Before you start

• Two or more items with local changes already saved (each showing a Pending Push badge).

Steps

1. On the Ads or Ad Sets page, tick the checkbox on each row you want to push.
2. A bulk toolbar appears once at least one row is ticked. It offers Pause, Resume, Edit Budget, Push All, Discard All and Duplicate.
3. Click Push All.
4. A Push to Meta confirmation dialog appears. Click Push N items to confirm.

Result: a toast confirms "✅ Pushed N ads to Meta", and the Pending Push badge clears on each item that succeeded. If some failed, the toast reads "Pushed N, failed M" instead.

If it doesn't work

What you see	What it means	What to do

Some items still show Pending Push	Those pushes didn't succeed, or had no valid change to send	Open each one and push it from its own row
Nothing happens for several seconds	The service can take 5–10 seconds to wake after being idle	Wait a moment and try again

Live-ads warning ⚠️ Pushing publishes to Meta immediately. Changes affect live ads and can spend real budget. Test with items named test_ unless you intend to change live ads.
