Get an overview of your account's performance at a glance.
Before you start
- None.
Steps
- Open Dashboard in the sidebar.
- Review the six KPI tiles: Active, Paused, Spend (30d), Impressions, CTR and Clicks. The CTR tile also shows CPM underneath it.
- Use the date range picker, top right, to change the period.
- Check Creative Fatigue Alerts if the section appears — it lists up to three creatives that are fatigued or dead.
- Review Ad Accounts in DB for a per-account campaign count, and Recent Actions for your last eight push, sync and edit events.
- Use the account switcher in the top bar to view a different ad account.
Result: the dashboard shows performance for the account and date range you've selected.
If it doesn't work
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| KPI tiles show no data | The account may not have synced recently | Click Sync from Meta — see How to sync from Meta |
| Spend (30d) reads "Select account" | No ad account is selected | Pick an account in the top-bar account switcher |
| Metrics don't change after switching accounts | The switch hasn't finished loading | Wait a moment, or refresh the page |
There is no CPC or ROAS tile on the dashboard. CPA and ROAS appear per-row on the Ad Sets and Ads tables, and ROAS also appears on the Creative Analytics page.
