How to sync from Meta

Refresh your AdWing data with the latest information from Meta.

Your local edits are always safe. Syncing never overwrites edits waiting to be pushed. Anything saved but not pushed keeps its Pending Push badge through a sync, however many times you sync. This is enforced in AdWing's sync code, not just a convention.

Before you start

• A connected Meta account and a selected ad account.

Steps

1. Click Sync from Meta. The button sits on the Dashboard, the Campaigns page, the Ad Sets page and the Ads page.
2. Wait while AdWing refreshes. The button reads Syncing… while it runs. On large accounts (500+ ads) it can take 30–60 seconds.

Result: your campaigns, ad sets and ads reflect Meta's latest data, and pending local edits are untouched.

If it doesn't work
